Solutions

One system for everyone who runs demand-responsive transport.

Whether it is a public dial-a-ride bus or a private shuttle, passengers book the same way everywhere, and you manage everything from one place.

Municipalities and districts

Demand-responsive buses, shared taxis on demand and community buses from a single source. The monthly report for the council and the transport authority is ready at the end of the month.

  • Excel export for billing and subsidies
  • Open GTFS feed for journey planners
  • Phone bookings through the control centre

Transport operators

Several operations, licences and clients in one account, with capacity checked for each section of the route.

  • Vehicles, drivers and dispatch in one place
  • Wheelchair spaces managed separately
  • API and webhooks for your systems

Private sites

Shuttles for guests, patients or staff, booked directly on your website and in your colours.

  • Outlet centres, leisure and tourism
  • Hospitals, care homes, factory and campus transport
  • Your own stops: station, car park, entrance

How a trip works

One trip, three screens, one set of data.

What a passenger books, the driver sees immediately in the vehicle and your administration sees in the overview. Nobody types anything twice.

  1. 1The passenger books

In the browser, in the app or in the widget on your website. Those who prefer to call are entered by the control centre.

    • No account, just a phone number
    • Standing orders for regular journeys
    • Push notification on confirmation
  2. 2The driver drives

Seconds later the trip is on the tablet in the vehicle. Feedback with a single tap.

    • Boardings and alightings per stop
    • Luggage and wheelchair needs at a glance
    • Sign in with a device code, valid for 90 days
  3. 3You see what is happening

Every trip appears in the overview straight away, without any manual entry.

    • Occupancy and no-shows per month
    • Passenger ratings
    • Monthly export for Excel

Website widget

Booking directly on your website.

An outlet centre adds the shuttle to its directions page, a hospital to its visitor information, a municipality next to the town hall opening hours. Guests book without leaving your site.

Fictional website, real widget principle.
In your colours
Colours and corners adapt to your website.
No cookies
The widget sets no cookies, and guests need no account.
Only on your domains
It can only be embedded where you allow it.

Frequently asked questions.

Your question is not listed? Write to us.

What kind of transport is RufBusle suited to?

Demand-responsive buses on fixed routes, shared taxis on demand, community buses run by volunteers, zone-based services and shuttles between fixed points, for example from the station to an outlet centre or from the car park to a hospital.

Can private operators use RufBusle too?

Yes. An outlet centre, a hospital or a factory site sets up its shuttle exactly as a town sets up its demand-responsive bus: its own stops, its own times, its own logo. Guests book directly on your website.

Do you offer RufBusle outside Germany?

Yes, throughout the EU. The platform runs in data centres in Germany, and data processing follows the GDPR with a data processing agreement. Passengers can currently book in German, English, Arabic, Turkish and Ukrainian.

Do passengers need an app?

No. Booking takes place in the browser and without an account; a phone number is enough for the confirmation. Regular passengers can also use the passenger app.

How long does the setup take?

From the first conversation to going live, we plan two to four weeks. Timetable import, branding and training are included.

Can we take over our existing timetables?

Yes. We import GTFS feeds or classic Excel timetables. After that, you edit stops and times directly in the editor.

What does RufBusle cost?

We calculate the price from your routes, vehicles and operating hours. Passengers pay nothing for booking on either plan.
